چکیده
This study aimed to calculate the design earthquake with a harmonic sine wave approach at frequency of 1.5 Hz; 2.5 3.5 4;5 Hz, as well Loma Prieta, Northridge, and Kobe ground motion. In addition, structural response review was also carried out based on comparison effects motion forces. used an experimental method modelling apartment building scale 1: 50. The case located in Mantrijeron, Yogyakarta, which has seismic category medium-size class. analysis phase began material definition, element dimension estimation, by software, loading analysis, responses deviation. results indicate that model could withstand dynamic loads from waves up 5.5 Hz for one minute vibration. most significant deviation is shown 4.5 x-axis direction 0.110 y-direction 0.160. resulting shows highest occurred due influence earthquake, 0.063 0.054 y-axis direction. Based these results, effect greater than structure, so it through vibrating table actual residual showing value 0.9 mm difference be caused supports connections planning software not precisely represent implementation model.

This paper is concerned with the problem of soil ampliication and structural damage due to local site conditions in sedimentary valleys during earthquakes. It focuses on a small valley in Kirovakan, for which one dimensional (1D) wave propagation analyses have failed to provide adequate answers for the large extent and spatial distribution of damage during the 1988 Armenia Earthquake. متن کاملRobust Control Synchronization on Multi-Story Structure under Earthquake Loads and Random Forces using H∞ Algorithm
In this paper, the concept of synchronization control along with robust H∞ control are considered to evaluate the seismic response control on multi-story structures. To show the accuracy of the novel algorithm, a five-story structure is evaluated under the EL-Centro earthquake load. In order to find the performance of the novel algorithm, random and uncertainty processes corresponding...
متن کاملApproximate Incremental Dynamic Analysis Using Reduction of Ground Motion Records
Incremental dynamic analysis (IDA) requires the analysis of the non-linear response history of a structure for an ensemble of ground motions, each scaled to multiple levels of intensity and selected to cover the entire range of structural response. Recognizing that IDA of practical structures is computationally demanding, an approximate procedure based on the reduction of the number of ground m...
